The question is 2010 the year of Color e-readers may not be the question to be answered. Instead, one could argue, is 2010 the year of e-readers in general. The CES show in January has shown a new market. Some of them are definitely going to have color screens, and more than that each has its own interesting feature.

However, to the original question to answer is the year 2010 seems to color displays. More and more of the released e-readers offer color screens and color touch-screen reading. Even Amazon is working on a color screen. Sony has just released the Daily Edition with color, and of course there is the Apple iPad that the best color screen.

Each of eReaders offering color screens has made for a few reasons. The first reason is that it is a natural step. Many people are reading magazines, manga, comics and newspapers in their ePaper devices. The Sunday edition comics are in color, like Manga. You can then add in the option of the ability to make notes in the book and it is a necessary option to a different color to make notes in.

The second important reason for providing color displays is in a video of digital media. EReaders run of just eBooks more. The Apple iPad is just one example. There are a number of tablet PCs hit stores. These computers offer Internet browsing, music, video and eBook options. Instead of a DVD player, laptop, phone, music player and other portable devices on the plane, everything one needs is the tablet computer. It is one year for all types of e-readers. Not only is the tablet computers that are coming out in the eReader format. A very interesting feature is the Skiff eReader. The Skiff is LG with a metal foil technology. It is retractable, flexible, and highly flexible. That means you, and something that looks more like a newspaper or magazine with you. If you do not have enough flat space in your hand, you roll up the skiff to take a small corner.
